Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst
Dialyze Direct is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join our growing team.
The FP&A Analyst will report to the Finance Director and will be responsible for providing financial analysis and modeling to support strategic business decisions across the organization.

Responsibilities Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly and annual P&L statements for designated business regions and units Create financial models to forecast revenues, expenses, and other financial metrics Perform variance and trend analysis on actual results vs.
plans and forecasts Partner with operations leaders to understand business drivers and provide decision support analysis Develop and maintain dashboards, reports and other materials to communicate financial performance Support the annual budgeting and planning process Identify process improvement opportunities within finance Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field 2-4 years of experience in financial planning & analysis or related role Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and financial modeling Strong analytical and critical thinking skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines Benefit Summary Medical, Dental, Vision & Life Insurance 401(k) with Company match Flexible Spending Accounts Education Assistance Certification & Professional Membership Reimbursement Compensation Compensation offers are based on education, experience, skills, and geographic region Learn more at www.
